Peach and Chia Overnight Oats

2 cups (500 mL) rolled oats
1 tsp (5 mL) ground cinnamon
1/4 cup (50 mL) chia seeds
2 cups (500 mL) milk
1/4 cup (50 mL) honey
3/4 cup (180 mL) greek yogurt
1 can (14oz / 398 mL) California cling sliced peaches, drained and patted dry

You will also need:
4 x 1 cup (250 mL) jars with airtight lid

Set out 4 jars. Into each jar, put the following:
1/2 cup (125 mL) rolled oats
1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground cinnamon
1 tbsp (15 mL) chia seeds
1/2 cup (125 mL) milk
Stir well to combine.
Cover jars with an airtight lid and place in the refrigerator overnight, or at least 4 hours.

When ready to serve, remove lid and add to each jar the following:
1 tbsp (15 mL) honey,
3 tbsp (45 mL) Greek yogurt
Sliced peaches, divided evenly into each jar.

Serve chilled.

Makes 4 servings.
